will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees. Before
final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered.

Best selected papers will be invited for publication in one of the special
issues such as IJNCAA, IJDIWC, IJEEI, IJWLTT, IJKL, Journal of Higher
Education and IJTEM provided that the author do major improvements and
extension within the time frame.
