[Comp-neuro] Call for Abstracts in CompNeuro & Neural Engineering @ Bioengineering12 (Oxford, UK)

Dear Colleagues,

this is just a reminder that the annual "Bioengineering" conference (see below) embraces

Neuroscience as of this year. Abstract submissions in  Engineering principles 

of Neuroscience (aka Comp. Neuroscience) and Engineering for Neuroscience

(i.e. Neural Engineering/Neurotechnology) are especially welcome.

This includes synthetic biology applications in neurosciences, such as optogenetics;

as well as simulation and analysis  techniques for neural/imaging data.

*** Bioengineering12 (Oxford, UK) ***

Building on the success of last year's meeting in London, we are very pleased to be able to announce that Bioengineering12 will be held at the Said Business School in Oxford, on 6–7th September, 2012.

In addition to scientific activities, there will be a conference dinner at St Anne's College, which also has reasonably priced accommodation available in the heart of Oxford.

Parallel sessions will be held on both days, with specific topical coverage as follows:

Biomaterials, Biomechanics and Biofluids

Cell and Molecular Bioengineering

Imaging and Modelling

Instrumentation and Devices
