[Comp-neuro] CNS*2014: CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS - Please Distribute

23rd Annual Computational Neuroscience Meeting CNS*2014

July 26-31, 2014

Québec City, Canada

Call for Workshop Proposals

This is a call to request proposals for Workshops from the community of computational neuroscientists for CNS*2014. Proposals are welcome from faculty as well as advanced postdoctoral fellows. A Workshop is a great opportunity to organize a small meeting on a topic of current interest without having to deal with the logistics of the meeting organization.

The last two days (July 30-31) of the 23rd Annual CNS Meeting (CNS*2014) will be devoted to workshops, in which current topics in computational neuroscience will be presented and discussed. Workshops can range anywhere between one half to two days in duration. Usually several speakers are invited to introduce a unifying theme, but ample time for discussion should also be planned.

Submit workshop proposals, according to the Workshop Proposal Template to: Farzan Nadim, Workshop Chair, workshops@cnsorg.org.

FOR DETAILED INFORMATION PLEASE SEE http://www.cnsorg.org/cns-2014-workshops-program.

Workshop proposals submitted after January 10 will be evaluated based on remaining space for additional workshops. No workshop proposals will be accepted after May 13, 2014.
