The 29th Southern Biomedical Engineering Conference http://www.sbec2013.fiu.edu/ in Miami, Florida, organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Florida International University with Technical Co-sponsorship from IEEE EMBS, is open for registration.
CONFERENCE INFORMATION: The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency (www.miamiregency.hyatt.com) located in the vibrant Miami Downtown, accessible by Metro rail from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from South Beach and two miles from the Port of Miami.
Registration and Reception: May 3, 2013 (evening)
Main Meeting: May 4 (all day)-May 5, 2013 (morning); Six parallel tracks and a poster session.
Banquet Dinner: May 4, 2013 (evening)
