The lab focuses on neural coding and brain-machine interfaces. The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the area of Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Applicants with demonstrated expertise in chronic electrophysiological recording from awake, behaving rodents, acute electrophysiology, and behavioral training of rodents will be given priority. The successful candidate will demonstrate that he/she is innovative and capable of working independently. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
