The International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility is seeking a Scientific Program Officer to manage approximately 2 of its Programs (http://incf.org/programs).
We are particularly interested in candidates with skills to manage the Multiscale Modeling and Standards for Data Sharing Programs, though allocation of Programs will be on the basis of fit with the successful candidate's skill base.
A sound grasp of informatics concepts combined with a background in either computational neuroscience, neuroimaging, electrophysiology, or ontologies would be useful. Experience in project management and meeting organisation is also desirable. Enthusiasm and the ability to communicate effectively with our international community of scientists is essential.
The position is available immediately, based at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden, and requires some travel.
Further information and online application can be found here: http://incf.org/about/positions-available/scientific-program-officer#

Linda
