[Comp-neuro] [job announcement] - postdoc data analysis

A post-doc position is available at the Department of Data Analysis of
Ghent University, Belgium (http://www.da.ugent.be). The position
starts from 1 October 2013, for a fixed term of three years (renewable once for three more years).

-Candidates should hold a PhD degree on the start of the position (1
October).

-Their research work will fall within one of these themes:
1. Analysis of neuroimaging data (mainly EEG and/or fMRI)
2. Causal mediation analysis and structural equation modeling
3. Axiomatic foundations of mathematical models

-Candidates shall have published their work in international peer-reviewed journals.

-The position will involve some teaching, either in English or in Dutch.
For non-Dutch speakers, the teaching will be in English, and an official assessment of the English knowledge will be necessary (within the first year of the appointment) for accreditation.
All non Dutch-speaking candidates will have to pass a test assessing knowledge of Dutch at B2 level within the first three years of the appointment.
